Good jobs, with a way up.

We pay above the local market, train for three weeks before anyone talks to a customer, and promote from the floor: most of our team leads started as agents.

Why people stay.

Our agent attrition runs at about half the industry average. This is what people tell us keeps them here.

  • Pay above the local market

We check every role against local salary surveys each January and pay at least 15% above the median. The band is on every listing below.

  • Three weeks’ paid training

Full pay from your first day. Nobody takes a live customer before passing the client’s certification, and nobody is left alone on their first shift.

  • Promotion from the floor

31 of our 38 team leads started as agents. Lead and manager roles are offered inside first, every time.

  • Real support in trust & safety

Capped hours on graphic queues, a wellbeing lead in every studio, free counselling for you and your family, and a quiet room on every floor.
