About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Parley Operations Group, Inc. (“Parley”, “we”). By using the site you accept them. They do not cover services we provide to clients: those are governed by a separate master services agreement and statement of work.

Using the site

You may browse, download and print pages for your own business use. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
  • Scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission.
  • Introduce viruses or any other harmful code.

Information on the site

We work to keep the site accurate, but it is general information, not advice or an offer. Rates, team sizes, timelines and examples are indicative and depend on your requirements. Any price we commit to will be in a signed quote or statement of work.

Client stories and figures describe specific engagements. Results for your business will depend on your volumes, policies and tools.

Briefs and messages you send

When you send us a brief or message, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Please do not include customer personal data or confidential system details in a first brief; we will agree a secure way to share samples later.

How we handle the personal data in your brief is explained in our privacy notice.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, design, text, photography and the Parley name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Other trade marks mentioned on the site, including the names of software products, belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions about them can go to legal@parleyteams.com or by post to our Austin office.
